Q1 How do I place an order?
Fill in the form on the left hand side and submit.

Q2. When is order due date? 
4 days (96 hours) prior to your departure date of your travel. 
Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Q3. How are the rates calculated?
Your billing cycle will begin on the day you depart, and is charged through the date you return to Hong Kong. 
For example, if you depart from Hong Kong on the 12th and return to Hong Kong on the 16th, you will be charged for 5 days rental. 

For delivery, we ship our device directly to your office the day before your trip (Please see
Rental Steps
The WiFi device must be returned on the first business day after your return. 
Please note that you will be charged the daily rate for every day the device is late. 
We count the rental period from the departure day through arrival day to Hong Kong Airport. 

If your flight is over night, please send us e-ticket or receipt of your flight ticket when you place an order. 
We are going to waive the rental fee for picking up day or returning day.

Q4. How do I find the user guide for my portable WiFi router?
A User's Guide booklet is enclosed with every device.

Q5. When and how can I receive the portable WiFi router? 
Pick up at our CWB office or MTR stations: 
Pick-up is available one business day before your departure date. 
* If you authorize a representative to collect on your behalf, he or she must present the
Wi-fi Confirmation Emailor Payment receiptfor the collection.

Q7. How can I pay the rental fee?
Please pay the rental fee online by credit card after placing the order. If you would like to pay in cash, please contact at 6181-5075.
Payment in cash is acceptable only for pick up at CWB office.

Q8. Is deposit necessary?
HK$500 or HK$1,000 is necessary as deposit.

Q9. How can I extend the rental period?
Please contact our staff at +852-6181-5075 before your original rental period expires. Additional daily rate will be charged through your credit card when we receive the device.

Q10. Late fees
Late fees will not be charged by the second business day after your return to Hong Kong. 
It will be charged for extra daily rate for late return.

Q11. Cancellation fees / Refund 
You will be charged 30% of total rental fee if you cancel 5 days prior to your departure. 
You will be charged 50% of total rental fee if you cancel within 5 days prior to the departure date. 

Q13. What should I do if my portable WiFi router is lost or stolen?
Please contact our customer support immediately. We will suspend the line and arrange a replacement device at your request. Additional handling and delivery charges will be applied for device replacement.
